2C-B is a psychoactive substance that produces euphoria and increased visual, auditory, olfactory and tactile sensations. Doses as low as 4 milligrams make users passive and relaxed, and the effects are similar to MDMA.

Orally ingesting 8-10 mg increases the stimulating effects and produces a completely intoxicated state. Mild hallucinations are possible. Doses of 20 to 30 mg result in very overt hallucinations. Even higher doses will produce extremely frightful, LSD-type hallucinations and morbid delusions.
